as you are aware, we have experienced various security incidents in the past that have significantly impacted not only our internal communication but also our reputation. Some of these incidents were due to carelessness, allowing even poorly crafted phishing emails to be successful.

These experiences underscore the importance of continuously enhancing our awareness and knowledge regarding security risks.

Therefore, we are introducing an important new feature that was briefly presented at the last general assembly:
From now on, you will regularly receive reminder emails from KnowBe4 (do-not-reply@de.knowbe4.com) regarding open training sessions. These trainings are an essential part of our security strategy and are mandatory for all employees. It is crucial that you complete the trainings within the specified time to elevate our collective security level.

We want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee 100% security. Especially requests outside of ZMT IT, such as phone calls or inquiries on other platforms,

pose a risk. Therefore, it is even more important that each of us stays well-informed and vigilant.
