ZMT IT helpdesk

In case of problems with a ZMT device or application, necessary installations of programs and/or updates or to report errors, please use the ZMT IT helpdesk.
It is important to report only one request per ticket so that tickets can be forwarded properly to the responsible colleagues. The only exception is the reporting of required software installations or updates.

Login with ZMT account, the name is the three-digit user code, the password is the password of the ZMT account.
