1. Open Outlook
• Launch the Outlook application on your computer.
2. Open Options
• Click on “File” in the top menu, then select “Options”.
3. Access Email Settings
• In the left-hand menu, select “Mail”.
• Click the “Signatures…” button in the “Compose messages” section.
4. Select or Create a Signature
• Choose an existing signature from the list to edit it,
or click “New” to create a new one.
5. Edit the Signature
• In the lower section, type or edit your signature.
• You can format the text, change fonts, colors, sizes, and add hyperlinks or images.
6. Assign the Signature to Emails
• Use the options to assign your signature:
• New messages: Choose a signature for new emails.
• Replies/forwards: Choose a signature for replies and forwarded emails.
7. Save Changes
• Click “OK” to save your changes.
• Close the settings menu.
8. Test Your Signature
• Compose a new email to ensure your signature appears correctly.
